Product Management: Agent Product Manager

Fast-growing AI logistics startup seeking Agent Product Managers to own enterprise AI deployments end-to-end from planning through execution serving as the executive point of contact for some of the most complex logistics organizations in the world.

This is a strategic, client-facing role for someone who combines top-tier consulting or IB rigor with genuine technical fluency and the presence to manage C-suite relationships independently.

What You'll Do

Serve as the executive point of contact for enterprise customer deployments owning the entire process from planning through execution
Lead customer discovery sessions to understand workflows and configure, test, and release AI agent solutions
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer requirements into technical execution including prompt engineering and workflow mapping
Manage C-suite and senior leadership relationships, leading kickoffs, milestone reviews, and QBRs
Manage 1 3 concurrent accounts with distinct timelines and requirements simultaneously
Key Requirements

4 8 years in a customer-facing role product manager, engagement manager, consultant, or founder - startup experience much preferred (pure legacy experience will not be considered)
Experience implementing software for enterprise clients
Top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or investment banking background preferred
Basic understanding of LLMs, APIs, JSON, SQL, and SaaS platforms
Deep technical acumen able to map customer workflows and shape AI agent designs
Executive presence and polished, native-level English communication
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent enterprise accounts independently
