Hiring: RN Home Health Detroit, MI

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Home Health team serving the Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb County areas! Position Details: Location: Detroit, MI (Local candidates within 50-mile radius required) Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Schedule: 5 days/week (40 hours) + 1 Saturday/month Contract Length: 17 weeks (strong potential for permanent placement!) Role Overview: Provide Home Health care across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties Manage a caseload of 6 patient visits per day Travel approximately 40 60 miles daily Orientation: 2 4 weeks based on experience and comfort level Includes training at 1 Ford Place and fieldwork with a preceptor Requirements: Active Michigan RN License BLS Certification (AHA required) Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation If you're passionate about patient care and enjoy working independently in a dynamic environment, this is a great opportunity!
