Remote Appointment Setter - Recurring Uncapped Commission (Miami)

Fully remote and 100% commission, this role rewards the people who actually book meetings. No base salary, uncapped earnings, and pay that recurs. Miami is full of sharp salespeople, and we want the ones who love the hunt.

Who is hiring: Vivin, a podcast booking business. For our clients we launch and run their podcast, book their appointments, handle all of their sales and marketing, and create and redistribute all of their content. The whole growth job, done for them.

Your mission: get qualified business owners onto discovery calls. You book; our founder closes. Simple and focused.

What you promote: our complete done-for-you service. Because it replaces a whole team, owners genuinely want it, and a pro closer turns your booked calls into paying clients.

The pay, uncapped: 5% of a client's revenue over their first three months, for each client that came from a meeting you booked. Most deals sit between $2,000 and $4,000 monthly, so a single client earns you roughly $300 to $600 across three months, paid as it recurs.

The upside past commission: as a media and content company we build your personal brand, feature you on camera, and coach you in modern sales and content, with a clean path from setter to closer.

You belong here if: you have B2B phone experience, sound confident live and on video, work under your own steam, and love the upside of commission-only. Solar, roofing, alarm, door-to-door, and SaaS reps consistently do well.
