Production Operator – Entry Level

As a Production Operator, you will support daily manufacturing operations by operating equipment, inspecting parts, and helping meet production goals in a safe and efficient environment. Training is provided for motivated individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing.
Pay:
- Starting at $16.00 per hour
- $0.65/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Available Shifts: All shift!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment following safety and quality standards
- Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets
Qualifications:
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attendance and dependability
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
