Lead Python Automation Developer

We have an immediate opening for a **Lead Python Automation Developer**.

**Location:** San Antonio, TX
**Experience:** 12 15 Years

**Required Skills:**

* Strong hands-on experience with **Python** development and automation
* Expertise in building **automation frameworks, scripts, APIs, and reusable libraries**
* Experience with Python libraries such as **PyTest, Selenium, Pandas, Requests, Paramiko, Boto3**, etc.
* Strong knowledge of **REST API automation**
* Experience with **Git, Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, and CI/CD** (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
* Hands-on experience with **debugging, logging, exception handling, and performance optimization**
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

**Preferred Skills:**

* Experience with **AWS, Azure, or GCP**
* Knowledge of **Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible**
* Experience with **SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL**
* Exposure to **Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK**
* Experience leading teams and working in **Agile/Scrum** environments

**Leadership Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of Python Automation Developers
* Define automation strategy and technical roadmap
* Mentor team members and conduct code/design reviews
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable automation solutions
* Support CI/CD pipeline automation and technical delivery
