As part of our continued growth strategy, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Executive Human Resource Recruiter Business Development Professional to help build our workforce, recruit top talent, establish strategic relationships, and support business expansion initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter and relationship builder who enjoys identifying talent, building strategic partnerships, developing client relationships, and contributing to organizational growth.
This position offers significant career advancement opportunities into Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition Leadership, Business Development Management, and Executive Leadership roles.
Primary Responsibilities
Executive Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (25% - 35%)
• Source, recruit, and attract top-tier professionals across multiple business divisions.
• Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, and other recruiting platforms.
• Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with executive leadership.
• Verify references and employment history.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Develop recruitment strategies for high-volume and professional-level positions.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Human Resources Responsibilities (20% - 30%)
• Support onboarding and orientation programs.
• Prepare employment documentation and offer letters.
• Coordinate hiring paperwork and compliance requirements.
• Maintain recruiting and personnel records.
• Assist with workforce planning initiatives.
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring performance.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist with training and development programs.
Business Development Responsibilities (50% - 70%)
• Build relationships with strategic partners and referral sources.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
• Identify opportunities to expand company services and partnerships.
• Support business growth initiatives and expansion strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Participate in networking events and professional associations.
• Develop enterprise-level relationships with organizations and decision-makers.
• Develop employer branding initiatives
• Promote career opportunities through networking and digital platforms
• Representing Chrysolite IMC at career fairs and recruiting events
• Identify opportunities to expand recruiting partnerships
• Assist leadership with strategic workforce planning
• Support business growth initiatives through talent acquisition
Enterprise Client Relations
• Maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing business clients.
• Coordinate client communications and follow-up activities.
• Schedule meetings, consultations, and presentations.
• Support executive leadership in developing strategic partnerships.
• Assist in identifying client needs and potential opportunities.
Marketing & Employer Branding
• Promote company career opportunities through digital channels.
• Assist with social media recruiting initiatives.
• Enhance employer branding efforts.
• Coordinate recruiting campaigns and outreach programs.
• Create candidate engagement strategies.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred in:
• Human Resources
• Business Administration
• Management
• Communications
• Marketing
• Psychology
• Related Business Field
Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Experience Preferred
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience
• Business development experience
• Sales, staffing, or executive recruiting experience
