Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and CFO

The client is seeking an innovative, successful financial leader to serve as its Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer (SVP/CFO). Working closely with the President and senior leadership team, the SVP/CFO will oversee the client’s financial health and strategy, including multi-year planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The role is also expected to advance institutional priorities by supporting sustainable growth, strengthening financial stability, and identifying new revenue streams and financing opportunities aligned with the client’s mission and strategy. The SVP/CFO will lead financial operations, planning, and analysis, and provide executive oversight for a broad set of finance and administrative functions. These responsibilities include oversight of the business office, financial aid, human resources, information technology, facilities, treasury, enterprise risk management, campus safety, conferences and events, third-party contracts, and real estate. The role will also serve as a staff liaison to the Board of Trustees’ audit, finance, investment, and facilities committees and lead development and execution of the client’s annual operating budget. Successful candidates will bring strong analytical capabilities along with clear communication and effective interpersonal skills to partner across executive leadership and governance stakeholders.
