The client invites nominations and applications for the dual executive role of Dean and Provost of the School of Medicine and Chief Executive Officer. This is an opportunity to lead a mission-driven academic health enterprise focused on advancing medical education, innovative research, and delivering high-quality patient care, with an emphasis on collaborative leadership and strong community ties. The Dean/Provost/CEO will provide strategic direction and oversee priorities across education, research, and clinical operations. Key responsibilities include developing and advancing a strategic vision; investing in and strengthening medical programs to support student success; expanding and deepening partnerships with clinical partners and affiliates to extend impact; promoting equitable care for diverse communities; and driving operational improvements that enhance patient access while ensuring high-quality care. The leader will also support long-term sustainability through strong financial stewardship, clinical growth, and effective resource maximization. Additional priorities include elevating and aligning the school’s research mission and priorities; recruiting, retaining, and developing faculty and staff; and serving as a visible, inspiring executive who builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to champion the client’s mission.
