Associate Dean Online Education
Shape the future of online nursing education as the next Associate Dean for the Online Education Program for the client. This permanent, on-site leadership role supports the strategic and administrative operations of the client’s online nursing programs, with participation in the Academic Affairs leadership team and the Dean’s Council, and partnership with key stakeholders to implement policies and align with institutional priorities. The Associate Dean will lead the development, evaluation, and enhancement of online nursing programs, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards and driving strategic growth for the RN-to-BSN online program. The role will also foster collaboration, strengthen cross-campus partnerships, and enhance the overall student experience, while working closely with faculty and staff to coach, mentor, and support effective teaching and program delivery. Candidates will bring demonstrated leadership experience in academic nursing and online education, preferably within a college of nursing or academic health environment. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and progressive leadership experience in higher education alongside online education experience; DNP or PhD is required. The role is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where the client’s programs will be supported on-site, with the expectation of strong communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building across departments.
