Head of Travel Retail
The client is seeking a Head of Travel Retail for the Americas, reporting into the VP Americas TR and Domestic. In this role, you will lead the regional team and own the region’s financial performance, driving execution of an ambitious growth plan for the near future across travel retail channels. The ideal profile includes a strong background in travel retail and duty free operations, with deep expertise across relevant product categories such as wines and spirits, liquor, beauty, perfumes, cosmetics, tobacco, and related categories. The role requires substantial experience in travel retail/duty free environments, along with demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. Candidates are expected to have significant experience across the Americas region and to be fluent in English and Spanish. Strong proficiency with core business software applications (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required.
