Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying information both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships with team members and clients.
  • Having your own method of transportation.
  • Provide valid identification documents.
