Position Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will respond to inquiries, resolve customer concerns, provide accurate information about our products and services, and ensure every interaction reflects TCDII Company’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, company policies, and procedures.
* Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
* Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.
* Document all customer interactions using company systems.
* Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide excellent service.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards.
* Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
* Stay informed about company products, services, and updates.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
* Previous customer service, call center, or client support experience preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
* Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Basic computer proficiency and experience using email, CRM systems, and office software.
* Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Technical Requirements

* Reliable high-speed internet connection.
* Personal computer or laptop capable of running company software.
* Quiet, professional home workspace.
* Headset with microphone for handling customer communications.
