Responsibilities

Operate a variety of trucks including tractor-trailer, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks with precision and safety.
Drive across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe delivery of freight.
Load and unload cargo efficiently using forklift or manual handling technique when necessary.
Prepare accurate delivery documentation, including logs, route sheets, and inspection reports.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety issues before hitting the road.
Maintain communication with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or unforeseen delays.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations for commercial driving.
Experience

Proven experience as a professional truck driver with a strong background in freight delivery and route driving.
Skilled in operating manual transmission trucks and various specialized vehicles such as refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks.
Knowledge of load securing techniques to ensure cargo safety during transit.
Ability to handle freight efficiently while maintaining safety standards during load & unload processes.
Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus for loading/unloading cargo at warehouses or job sites.
Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; experience in tractor-trailer or commercial driving preferred.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per week
