Luxury & Group Travel Consultant (Remote)

Are you an expert at orchestrating seamless, high-end travel experiences? Xperience Xscape Travels is seeking a remote Luxury & Group Travel Consultant to curate bespoke itineraries for discerning individual clients, corporate retreats, and large group excursions.

If you understand the nuances of VIP hospitality, white-glove service, and complex group logistics, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

Design and execute customized, multi-destination luxury itineraries and group travel packages.

Secure and manage group room blocks, private charters, luxury villas, and exclusive local excursions.

Maintain relationships with premium global suppliers, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and five-star hospitality vendors.

Handle logistics for large groups, including synchronized transfers and specialized dining or event requests.

Provide proactive, high-touch support to clients before, during, and after their travels to handle any last-minute adjustments smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in luxury travel curation or high-volume group travel management.

Strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with high-end global travel vendors.

Written and verbal English communication with an emphasis on executive-level etiquette.

Exceptionally organized able to track moving parts for groups of 20+ travelers without missing a detail.
