Location: Houston, TX (Fairbanks North Houston Rd and Fallbrook Dr)
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Or Sat for overtime): 8 to 10 hours per day start at 8 am

Job Overview
MGR Workforce is currently hiring General Laborers for a leading manufacturing client in Houston, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. No previous electronics assembly experience is required, as training will be provided on the job.

Job Requirement: Basic spoken and written Mandarin proficiency is strongly preferred because the workers may need to read and understand Mandarin-language work instructions, production documents, and safety materials necessary to perform the essential functions of the job safely and accurately. The position also utilizes routine communication with production personnel regarding production activities, work assignments and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

Assemble small electronic components according to work instructions and visual guides.
Use hand tools such as electric screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and wire cutters safely and accurately.
Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Follow diagrams, build mats, and assembly instructions during the production process.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements.
Work effectively as part of a manufacturing team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:
0 to 1 year of general warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
Previous electronics assembly experience is an asset but is not required.
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work with small electronic components, wires, and fasteners.
Ability to read and follow visual diagrams, assembly instructions, and production documentation, including materials provided in Mandarin
Ability to safely operate basic assembly tools, including electric screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and wire cutters.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Start Requirements:

Be comfortable to use hand tools and sit/stand for longer hours.
Failure to successfully complete any of the required assessments may result in immediate removal from the assignment and/or termination of employment.
