Experienced Automotive Technician (Up to $45/Hour)

Location: Joplin, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

Compensation

A-Level Technician

• $35–$45/hour Flat Rate

B-Level Technician

• $28–$34/hour Flat Rate

What We're Looking For

• A-Level or B-Level automotive technician
• 5+ years of automotive repair experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience writing estimates and communicating repair needs
• Stable work history
• Experience with Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Tekmetric experience is a plus
• Comfortable participating in customer vehicle presentations ("show-and-tells")
• Professional attitude, appearance, and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality work
