Dental Patient Care Coordinator

Splendid Dentistry is looking for an upbeat, organized, and proactive Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing private practice in Huntington Beach.

This is more than a traditional front office role. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in building lasting relationships, coordinating care, and ensuring every patient feels welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through our doors. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn, have great interpersonal skills, and listen to our patients!

Schedule – We are very flexible!

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (transitioning to 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Two Saturdays a month possible as we grow

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients while providing a warm, professional experience
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
• Coordinate patient communication and appointment confirmations
• Support daily front office operations and administrative tasks
• Help create a seamless patient experience from scheduling through treatment completion

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Experience with any dental software is a plus"

Compensation & Benefits

• $24–$32 per hour, based on experience
