Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 1 year home health experience
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of Washington or compact license granting privilege to practice in the state
• Current CPR certification
• Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week
• 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Monday through Friday
• No on-call requirement
• Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
• Coverage area includes King County and Snohomish County
• May float to other nearby home health agencies as needed
• Minimum productivity expectation of 31 points

Mountlake Terrace offers convenient access to both Seattle and outdoor destinations in Snohomish County.
