Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Washington or compact license granting privilege to practice in the state
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
- Bachelor's Degree
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Shift Days: Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- No on-call requirement
- Weekend rotation required
- Excludes Federal and UHG holidays
- Coverage area includes Pierce County and other areas as identified by patient need
- Float to other nearby home health agencies as needed
