Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active AR Physical Therapist license
• Home Health experience
• Experience with HCHB
• Experience with OASIS

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend requirement
• Productivity expectation: 30 points
• Coverage area includes multiple counties in the region

Batesville offers access to outdoor recreation and a small-city setting in north-central Arkansas.
