Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of experience required
• 1 year of level 1 trauma acute care experience required
• State Licensed

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday, 0700-1530. Start time may be flexible up to 0800.
• Weekend requirement: one weekend during a 4 week period, including Saturday and Sunday, with a day off during the applicable week.
• No on-call requirement.
• May float within scope to meet facility needs in any therapy service line.
