Position: Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner Manager
Location: Melrose, MA
Status: Full Time; Monday Friday from 8:00am 4:00pm

Salary: $130k $148k yearly; negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and leadership of 4 5 nursing staff
Pre-employment screenings and employee health evaluations
Work-related injury and exposure care
Fitness-for-duty and reasonable suspicion assessments
Vaccinations and health screenings
Workers’ compensation case management
Health surveillance and regulatory compliance
Injury prevention, ergonomics, and health promotion education
Roughly 40% clinical duties, 60% managerial administrative duties

Requirements:
Massachusetts RN license with NP authorization
NP certification (ANCC or equivalent)
MA & DEA prescriptive authority
BLS and ACLS
3+ years occupational health/adult medicine experience preferred
Prior supervisory experience preferred
