We’re looking for a proactive, bilingual Customer Service Representative who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys taking initiative. If you’re organized, communicative, and ready for a role that blends client interaction with inventory oversight, this could be the perfect fit.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

  • Track and manage client inventory with accuracy

  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups with clients

  • Build and strengthen client relationships through excellent service

  • Identify issues and provide effective solutions

  • Use Excel for reporting, tracking, and data organization (beyond basic level)

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met


Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills

  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, data management, pivot tables preferred)
