ResourceMFG NOW HIRING: General Labor Warehouse Associates
Location: Byron Center MI
Shift: Monday - Friday 6a - 2:30p Overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $18.00 an hour
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with pallet assembly, repair, sorting, and general warehouse duties.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and repair wooden pallets using hand and power tools
- Sort and stack pallets according to size and condition
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- No prior experience required – we will train the right candidates!
