Logistics Clerk
Key Responsibilities
- Process client orders, receipts, account records, and import/export documentation
- Manage inventory activity including adjustments and discrepancies
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate transportation providers
- Monitor order status to ensure deadlines and service expectations are met
- Handle returns, shipping data, and inventory reconciliation
- Communicate with clients regarding orders, changes, and service updates
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and troubleshoot issues
- Assist with reporting, scheduling, and client requests
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or logistics-related experience
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and warehouse systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills (counting, addition/subtraction, multiplication/division)
