Key Responsibilities

  • Process client orders, receipts, account records, and import/export documentation
  • Manage inventory activity including adjustments and discrepancies
  • Schedule deliveries and coordinate transportation providers
  • Monitor order status to ensure deadlines and service expectations are met
  • Handle returns, shipping data, and inventory reconciliation
  • Communicate with clients regarding orders, changes, and service updates
  • Resolve documentation discrepancies and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist with reporting, scheduling, and client requests
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed




Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or logistics-related experience
  • Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and warehouse systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition/subtraction, multiplication/division)
