Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
Remedy Staffing is now hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing company in Little Chute, WI. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity with excellent pay and a strong work-life balance with a 4-day workweek.
In this role, you will be assembling mechanical components using hand and power tools in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists
- Gather and organize parts, tools, and materials for assembly
- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies efficiently and accurately
- Measure and verify finished products to ensure specifications are met
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate with supervisors as needed
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering and tracking supplies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, pliers, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.)
- Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements
- Capable of lifting, bending, and moving materials throughout the shift
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods (9+ hours)
- Ability to alternate between sitting and standing and move between workstations
