Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Quick Service Advisor to join our Service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking fast, efficient maintenance and minor repair services. You will manage the quick service lane, build strong customer relationships, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied with their vehicle and experience.
As a Quick Service Advisor, you play a critical role in driving service department efficiency, customer retention, and revenue through upselling recommended maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in-person and over the phone
- Recommend and sell appropriate maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, batteries, filters, multi-point inspections, etc.)
- Create repair orders and schedule appointments using dealership management system (DMS)
- Clearly explain technical information and pricing to customers in easy-to-understand terms
- Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer approvals
- Follow up with customers on service status and completed work
- Process payments and handle cash, credit, and warranty transactions
- Conduct delivery of completed vehicles, reviewing work performed and explaining invoices
- Meet or exceed individual and department sales and customer satisfaction (CSI) goals
- Maintain a clean and organized Quick Service lane and customer waiting area
- Build long-term customer loyalty through exceptional service
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a drug test
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Quick Service or Express Lane experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

Work Schedule
Monday–Saturday . Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM with one weekday off.
