We are currently seeking dependable, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Delivery & Errand Personnel.

This is a hands-on, active role where you will complete deliveries, errands, and client support tasks within your local area. No advanced qualifications are required we value reliability, professionalism, strong communication, and a willingness to get things done.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages, documents, groceries, and supplies to client-designated locations.

• Complete approved errands on behalf of clients, including shopping, collections, and drop-offs.

• Follow delivery instructions carefully and confirm successful task completion.

• Handle client items responsibly and ensure safe, timely delivery.

• Maintain simple records of completed assignments and approved expenses.

• Communicate professionally with clients and the Prime Assist coordination team via phone or mobile applications.

• Report delays, issues, incidents, or concerns promptly to supervisors.

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service standards during all assignments.

• Use maps, GPS, and mobile tools efficiently to complete routes and errands.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety expectations while performing assignments.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Valid government-issued identification required.

• Reliable transportation (car, bike, or ability to commute locally).

• Basic English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Comfortable using smartphones, navigation apps, and messaging tools.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be willing to undergo and pass a background check as a condition of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in delivery services, customer service, retail, logistics, warehousing, rideshare, courier services, or general support roles is considered an advantage.

• Familiarity with local routes and neighborhoods is beneficial.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills preferred.

Training & Support:

Prime Assist provides onboarding guidance, task instructions, and ongoing support to help personnel perform assignments successfully. We welcome motivated individuals with little or no prior experience and are willing to train reliable candidates from the ground up.

Work Environment:

This role involves regular travel within assigned local areas and may include walking, lifting light-to-moderate items, shopping tasks, and interacting with clients in various environments. Candidates should be comfortable spending most of the workday on the move.
