Bilingual Inside Sales Caller, Part Time

Simexa is hiring a part time bilingual inside sales caller to help us contact local businesses and customers about internet, wireless, home security, and telecom services.

This is a beginner friendly phone sales role for someone who speaks both English and Spanish, enjoys talking to people, and wants to grow into sales. You do not need to be an expert, but you must be professional, reliable, organized, and comfortable making outbound calls.

Compensation

$12 per hour
$75 commission per installed and activated sale
Part time schedule, 20 hours per week
4 hours per day, Monday through Friday

Commissions are paid when the customer is approved, installed or activated, and the sale is commissionable by the provider.

What you will do

Call businesses and customers about available telecom, internet, wireless, and home service options
Explain basic service options in a clear and professional way
Set appointments or close sales over the phone when possible
Follow up with interested prospects
Log calls, notes, and updates in our system
Represent Simexa in a professional and respectful way
Use English and Spanish when needed

What we are looking for

Bilingual English and Spanish required
Strong phone presence
Comfortable making outbound calls
Friendly, confident, and professional communication style
Basic computer skills
Reliable internet connection
Able to work 20 hours per week
Sales, call center, customer service, or appointment setting experience is helpful, but not required

This role is a good fit for someone who is starting a sales career, has worked in customer service, has call center experience, or wants to learn phone sales.

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Texas based candidates preferred
Must be available for a consistent part time schedule
Must be comfortable with performance goals, call tracking, and CRM updates
