We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Travel Agents to assist clients with planning and booking vacations, cruises, hotels, flights, tours, and other travel services. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates professionally, and is comfortable working in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Research and recommend travel options based on budget and interests.
Book flights, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, and activities.
Provide accurate travel information and itinerary details.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or messaging.
Maintain client records and follow up before and after travel.
Stay informed about travel destinations, supplier promotions, and industry updates.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable using computers and online booking tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests.
Previous customer service, sales, or travel experience is a plus but not required.
Must have reliable internet access and a computer or laptop.
