The Job
We're a well-established retail pharmacy in Yellow Springs, OH looking for an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead our pharmacy operations. If you're a confident, hands-on pharmacist who knows how to run a smooth shift and keep patients coming back this is your spot.
Schedule
• Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• No weekends · No late nights · No holidays
Compensation
$58/HR- $65/HR (based on experience)
Plus, full benefit package
Requirements
• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
• PIC experience or strong readiness to step into the role
• Solid retail pharmacy background
• Strong leadership, inventory, and patient counseling skills
