As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to become an important part of our team.

Position Summary

The Remote Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist customers before, during, and after their service experience by answering questions, scheduling appointments, providing updates on vehicle builds and repairs, and ensuring every customer receives professional, timely, and friendly service.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude.

## Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, website chat, and social media.
* Schedule maintenance, performance installations, dyno tuning sessions, fabrication work, and diagnostic appointments.
* Assist customers with questions regarding our automotive services and products.
* Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to provide customers with accurate service updates.
* Keep customers informed about repair progress, estimated completion times, and next steps.
* Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate technical issues when necessary.
* Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
* Process customer requests and service documentation.
* Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the Moore Automotive brand.
* Assist with online reviews, customer feedback, and customer retention initiatives.
* Stay informed about company services, performance products, and industry trends.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or call center environments preferred.
* Automotive knowledge is highly preferred but not required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM software, and scheduling platforms.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
