Bayside Sports Academy is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to support athletes, parents, and prospective families. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding programs, class registrations, schedules, memberships, and general academy services. You will provide exceptional customer support while ensuring a positive experience for every member of the Bayside community. This role aligns with the academy's mission of creating a welcoming environment for children and families through athletics.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to phone calls, emails, live chats, and online inquiries professionally.
Assist families with class registrations, program information, and account updates.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Process enrollments, payments, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with coaches and administrative staff to ensure timely communication.
Provide information about camps, special events, memberships, and academy programs.
Follow up with prospective and current customers to ensure satisfaction.
Support administrative projects and other customer service tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
Minimum of one year of customer service, administrative support, or call center experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer management software.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in youth sports, recreation, education, or fitness organizations.
Familiarity with CRM or membership management systems.
Experience handling customer scheduling and enrollment inquiries.
