*Responsibilities:*

- Evaluate and examine musculoskeletal problems
- Order diagnostic testing and prescribe treatment
- Provide interventional pain management procedures
- Supervise an NP and oversee patient care

*Requirements:*

- Anesthesia or Physical Medicine and Rehab residency
- Pain fellowship not required

*Benefits:*

- Competitive base salary ($350,000 - $425,000) plus production bonuses
