Licensed Insurance Producer

Seeking polished and motivated Licensed Insurance Producer.
• Active Property & Casualty General Lines in Texas - Farmers Preferred
• Personal Lines experience as well as Commercial is preferred
• Life & Health Licenses with Life Insurance sales experience is preferred

Duties:
• Actively pursue new business opportunities through lead sources, outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Analyzing client needs thoroughly and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Manage sales administration tasks such as quoting, policy issuance, and documentation processing
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction
• Deep understanding of property casualty insurance products and regulations
• Effective marketing skills to promote insurance solutions across various channels
• Must have strong follow up skills while building long-term relationships
