Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients of all ages. Serves as a role model in the delivery of professional services and acts as a clinical resource for staff and students.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Illinois Occupational Therapy (OT) License
BLS Certification (AHA)
