RACCAR Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a growing automotive dealership group of approximately 300 employees across multiple Arizona locations. Reporting to the CFO, this role is a strategic partner to dealership leadership - responsible for employee relations, compliance, leave administration, investigations, manager coaching, and policy administration - while leveraging technology and AI-driven tools to streamline HR operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Lead employee relations across multiple dealership locations; conduct workplace investigations (policy violations, harassment, discrimination, misconduct).
- Oversee corrective action and performance management; guide managers on discipline, terminations, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain the employee handbook and HR policies.
- Administer FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, and other protected leaves; manage the ADA interactive process and return-to-work programs.
- Serve as the primary HR advisor to General and Department Managers; support workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.
- Oversee recruiting and onboarding; monitor turnover and recommend retention strategies.
- Supervise HR administrative processes; manage AI-driven HR tools and workflow automation; audit records and prepare workforce metrics.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of ADA, FMLA, Title VII, FLSA, Workers' Compensation, and Arizona employment laws.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and advising managers on employee relations matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED:
- Multi-location employer and/or automotive dealership experience.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience managing HRIS platforms and implementing HR automation/AI.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $85,000 - $95,000 annual salary, DOE.
