Position: Cost and Budget Account Specialist
Car Tech, LLC is seeking a qualified Cost and Budget Account Specialist to support cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis within its automotive manufacturing operations. This position plays an important role in monitoring production-related costs and supporting data-driven financial decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to support cost control initiatives
• Monitor and maintain budget records using internal ERP systems and financial tools
• Prepare cost and budget reports, including variance analysis between planned and actual expenses
• Support forecasting of production costs, expenses, and financial performance
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency through data analysis
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure accurate cost allocation
• Monitor financial trends affecting manufacturing costs, including material price and supply chain fluctuations
• Assist in maintaining financial records, reconciliations, and internal reporting processes
• Support budget planning activities and cross-functional financial coordination

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred in cost analysis, budgeting, accounting, or related financial operations
• Experience with ERP systems or financial management software preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
