Bilingual Laborer (Spanish/English)
Position: Labor
Location: Harmony, MN (projects are within 1.5 hours from the shop in Harmony)
Salary: $16-$20 per hour based on experience
Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-5:30pm
All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test as part of the hiring process. Ongoing drug testing may be required per company policy.

Responsibilities:
Chain Equipment
Load/unload equipment
Dig holes with a shovel
Restore job site
Rake dirt
Seed disturbed areas
Be a gopher for tools and material
Spot for Operators
Grease Equipment
Set up safety devices (ie. cones, signs, barricades, etc.)
Requirements:
An “I will attack this problem” mindset
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to meet physical demands
English/Spanish (preferred)
Must be at least 16 years old
