We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will provide critical management information system support, maintain business applications, and manage essential infrastructure. You will be responsible for triaging production incidents, maintaining scalable cloud environments, and ensuring the seamless operation of our technical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• System Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing technical support via phone or site visits; monitor and respond to service desk tickets to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain internal cloud applications; identify opportunities for cost-efficient, scalable solutions.
• Hardware & Software Management: Provide recommendations for hardware and software procurement based on project requirements; support and troubleshoot PCs, laptops (Win 10/11), scanners, printers, and other peripheral systems.
• Operations Improvement: Identify and implement ways to digitize and improve business tasks and workflows; minimize downtime and data leakage.
• Emerging Technologies: Remain current with best practices in cloud computing, mobile devices, and general IT trends to make proactive recommendations for organizational improvements.
• Infrastructure Collaboration: Assist infrastructure team members as needed and provide technical escalation when required.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer/information technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering AND 3 years of related experience. OR Associate’s/Vocational/Technical degree in a related field AND 5 years of related experience. OR 1 year of experience at a lower-level IT Support Specialist 2 (or equivalent).
• Technical Proficiency: 2 3+ years of direct IT support and management experience.
• Certification: Must possess a professional certification (e.g., A+, Network+, Cloud+ or equivalent).
• Skills: Experience with ServiceNow, troubleshooting TCP/IP network issues, and supporting video conferencing/AV equipment.
• Professional Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present technical concepts in business-friendly language; strong problem-solving capabilities and a goal-oriented mindset.

Required / Desired Skills
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field such as computer and information technology, computer science, software Required - 4 Years
• Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting. Required - 3 Years
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory Domain Name Service and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol. Required - 2 Years
• Experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop computer hardware, operating systems, and application software Required - 2 Years
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory local and group policy. Required - 2 Years
• Professional certification (e.g. A+, Network+, Cloud+ or equivalent) COPY REQUIRED - 1 Years
• Experience with using ServiceNow Required - 2 Years
• Experience with resolving TCP/IP network issues Required - 2 Years
• Experience in automation and provisioning technologies, such as AWS CLI and Terraform Required - 2 Years
