Appointment Setter B2B Telemarketing Business Development
This role combines high-volume outbound prospecting, appointment setting, business development, and sales closing responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is comfortable initiating conversations with business professionals, generating qualified opportunities, building client relationships, presenting company solutions, and assisting in closing sales opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

B2B Prospecting & Telemarketing
• Conduct outbound B2B prospecting calls
• Generate qualified business leads
• Conduct cold calling and follow-up campaigns
• Introduce company products and services professionally
• Build and maintain prospect pipelines
• Develop referral and partnership opportunities

Appointment Setting
• Schedule qualified business consultations
• Coordinate client appointments and presentations
• Confirm meetings and follow-up communications
• Maintain appointment scheduling systems

Sales & Closing Responsibilities
• Present company products and services to prospective clients
• Identify client business needs and opportunities
• Assist in developing proposals and solutions
• Follow up on sales opportunities
• Help negotiate and coordinate transactions
• Assist in closing qualified business opportunities
• Maintain ongoing client relationships

CRM & Pipeline Management
• Update CRM systems daily
• Track leads, conversations, and sales opportunities
• Maintain organized sales pipelines
• Monitor business development activity and reporting
• Assist with pipeline forecasting and follow-up management

Daily Activity Expectations

Expected Performance Metrics:
• 200 300+ outbound dials daily
• 20 40 live business conversations daily
• 4 6+ qualified appointments daily
• Consistent follow-up and sales pipeline management
• CRM compliance and reporting
• Revenue-focused production activity

Qualifications
