Representative Work

Focus on Food, Beverage, & Supplement Matters.
Counsel fast-moving brands & retailers in Food, Dietary, Supplement spaces
Deliver actionable advice across the product lifecycle.
This includes - product development strategy, labeling, advertising and promotion, safety & compliance, adverse event reporting, recalls, agency inspections, and remediation of inspection findings.

Our client's FDA+Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance Practice Group advises clients in the life sciences and healthcare industries, helping them navigate complex regulatory, compliance, healthcare system, and marketplace issues.

With a strategic and comprehensive life-cycle approach, we counsel domestic and international clients, from pre-product launch to post-market representation in the medical device, pharmaceutical, food and dietary supplement, biotechnology, healthcare technology, and cosmetic industries, ensuring that our clients are U.S. FDA-compliant and optimally positioned for maximum coverage and reimbursement, entry into new global markets, and further research and development.

You are a highly motivated, entrepreneurial candidate looking to join a collegial and collaborative growing FDA regulatory practice, with a significant focus on food, beverage, and dietary supplement matters.

You have 3 5 years of experience in a leading law firm’s FDA practice and/or at FDA or USDA, advising on FDA- and USDA-regulated product areas, including experience representing food, drug, supplement, cosmetic and/or device clients. Experience with food regulatory matters is strongly preferred.

You have experience with, or a strong interest in, counseling fast-moving brands and retailers in the food, beverage, and dietary supplement space, and are able to deliver sophisticated, clear, and actionable advice across the product lifecycle, including product development strategy, labeling, advertising and promotion, safety and compliance, adverse event reporting, recalls, agency inspections, and remediation of inspection findings.

You are comfortable taking ownership of matters, working directly with clients, and operating with a high degree of independence.

You work effectively across practice groups and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.

Associate Bonus Structure

Associates can count unlimited pro-bono and inclusion hours, and up to 100 pre-approved hours for knowledge management and business development activities, toward their bonus eligibility.

Additional high-hour bonuses are available at 2,100, 2,300, and 2,500 hours, and merit incentives are awarded to associates whose performance exceeds expectations, enhancing transparency in annual evaluations.

In 2025, the high-hours awards added 10 40% to the base bonus amount, and merit incentives added 10% or 20% to both the base bonus and high-hours awards. With these awards and incentives, our most senior associates were eligible for bonuses of up to $218,200, inclusive of special bonuses.
