Representative Work

You'll defend product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers as trial and global coordinating counsel in product liability and toxic tort cases.

Your clients lead cutting-edge industries like - AI/robotics, automotive and autonomous vehicles, consumer products, food and wine, connected products, medical devices, pharmaceutical, retail and cosmetics, and technology.

The Product Liability Practice Group in Seattle is made up of:

Who You Are

You have 15 years of experience in Products Liability or Commercial Litigation (required).

Manages cases with a high degree of autonomy.

You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude.

Excellent client service skills.

Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery
Managing document collection, review, and production
Causation and/or failure analysis.

Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.

You have excellent written and oral communication skills.

You are an active member of the bar in Washington state.
