Representative Work

At this client you're counsel of choice at every stage of the product life cycle in the courtroom and outside the courtroom.

The clients you'll work with are from cutting-edge industries - AI/robotics, automotive and autonomous vehicles, consumer products, food and wine, Internet of Things (IoT), medical devices, pharmaceutical, retail and cosmetics, and technology.

Who You Are

You are a high performer with 3 - 5 years of experience with the following:
Products Liability Litigation (required).

Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery;
Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews;
Managing document collection, review, and production;
Causation and/or failure analysis;
Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.

You have excellent written and oral communication skills.

You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude.

You are an active member of the California bar.

Associate Bonus Structure

Associates can count unlimited pro-bono and inclusion hours, and up to 100 pre-approved hours for knowledge management and business development activities, toward their bonus eligibility.

Additional high-hour bonuses are available at 2,100, 2,300, and 2,500 hours, and merit incentives are awarded to associates whose performance exceeds expectations, enhancing transparency in annual evaluations.

In 2025, the high-hours awards added 10 40% to the base bonus amount, and merit incentives added 10% or 20% to both the base bonus and high-hours awards. With these awards and incentives, our most senior associates were eligible for bonuses of up to $218,200, inclusive of special bonuses.
