Job Title: Business Manager (the position is located in Buford, GA )

Description of Job: Manage the business operations of a Blaze pizza franchise; Engage in direct oversight of financial and operational functions, including the preparation of quarterly operational budgets and financial projections and profit and expense statement to assist management in modifying and implementing business strategies; Analyze monthly sales data in order to prepare financial investment, business operation and risk mitigation recommendations for company executives; Manage the banking activities of the company and ensure that efficient systems for accounting and financial reporting are in place so as to provide accurate financial records to outside accounting firm and financial management consultants and maintain the company’s favorable creditworthiness; Negotiate and execute food supply contracts with outside vendors and research alternative vendor options so as to reduce food expenditure costs; Ensure business operations are carried out in accordance with franchise guidelines and in a manner that complies with state and federal restaurant regulations; Manage current insurance coverage and research alternative insurance plans and business risk mitigation strategies so as to minimize insurance costs and reduce company exposure to civil claims.

Education and Experience Requirements

Requirements: Two years of previous work experience as a Business Manager or Operations Manager. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience consistent with stated duties.
