Supply Chain Management Specialist

Position: Supply Chain Management Specialist
KMIN USA, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Management Specialist to support supply chain planning, inventory control, production coordination, and logistics operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and timely delivery while supporting cross-functional operations across purchasing, production, and customer fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate supply chain activities to support efficient production and on-time customer delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform inventory reconciliation, and maintain accurate ERP records.
• Analyze production schedules and ensure material availability for manufacturing operations.
• Review production and inventory data and assist with month-end reporting and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to optimize operations.
• Track supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage shipment schedules and communicate with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Support ERP system updates and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
• Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, production planning, logistics coordination, ERP-based materials management, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
• Experience using ERP systems in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
