Litigation Attorney - Business & Real Estate

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with at least five years of experience to join our team in Glendale, CA. This attorney will manage a caseload of business and real estate litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership/shareholder actions, and commercial real estate conflicts.

The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate in court, a precise writer, and a strategic advisor capable of handling cases from inception through resolution.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in business and/or real estate disputes
Strong experience in discovery, depositions, and motion practice; trial experience (first or second chair) preferred
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
Proficiency in Clio Manage or similar case management software
