Lead of Threat Operations Support, Mandiant, Google Cloud

In this role, you will act as the primary advisor to the Threat Operations Director, leading a lean Hub-and-Spoke model to centralize strategy, because TOS is structured as a horizontal governance layer rather than a vertical mission unit, your mandate is to maintain absolute independence and objective accountability across our three core mission umbrellas. Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in program or project management.
- 7 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Program Management certification or experience in Program Management with a technology company.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with scaling operations and human capital through automated, agentic workflows.
- Ability to implement independent governance models and metric-driven accountability frameworks.
- Ability to manage horizontal support teams spanning Objectives and Key Results (OKR) tracking, centralized communications, and requirement mapping.

Responsibilities
- Manage an overview of project goals and deliverables presented on a timeline and use the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations, and to communicate plans and coordinate resources.
- Collaborate with team members or stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
- Complete (e.g., schedule, resource, technical) risk identification and risk assessment activities and mitigation plans in addition to monitoring foreseeable risk, and recording its evolution and influence on project/program objectives.
- Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, hold stakeholders/teams accountable for following the established processes, identify sponsors and stakeholders and secure resources, ensure work alignment with compliance/privacy policies, identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and support/promote the adoption of processes.
