Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending solutions to support customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using product and domain expertise to increase product adoption.
  • Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements.
  • Ability to be a thought leader of Google products and engaged landscape.

As a Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Creator and Content Specialist, you will be a key member of the CEE Specialist Sales team in LCS, driving the adoption and effective use of YouTube's content solutions and creator collaborations by our advertisers. You will work closely with brands and (social) agencies to develop and execute campaigns that leverage the power of YouTube's vast content library and creator ecosystem. You will be a passionate advocate for YouTube's content offerings, possessing a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and the evolving needs of advertisers in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leading brands and influencer marketing agencies to promote them on top of their impactful video advertising strategy to achieve their marketing and social objectives.
  • Promote to (social) agencies and brands our creators, insights and media packs highlighting the value of YouTube's advertising solutions.
  • Identify and facilitate collaborations with relevant YouTube creators to meet advertiser needs. Ensure brand alignment and campaign effectiveness while adhering to YouTube's best practices for creator partnerships.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving YouTube landscape, including new formats, emerging creators, and audience trends. Continuously analyze industry trends and perform activities to identify opportunities for YouTube to maintain its leadership position.
  • Represent YouTube at conferences, publish thought leadership articles, and contribute to industry publications. Comply with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
