Location: New York City (Hybrid) - Open to relocation for strong candidates Salary: $225,000 $245,000 annual + Equity Position Type: Full-time Femploy by Infinite Code is recruiting for two Engineering Managers to lead mission-critical product teams for a high-impact FinTech leader in New York City (Hybrid). This is a high-leverage leadership opportunity for a "Product-First" manager who excels in high performance engineering cultures. We are looking for technical leaders with a Staff-level engineering background to own the development, architecture, and people-growth for squads of 5 8 engineers. This role is perfect for a manager who stays close to the code (Python/TypeScript/AWS) while driving predictable, high-quality product delivery.
